Property Team
The Property Team ensures the physical facilities—buildings, grounds, and equipment—are safe, well-maintained, and functional for ministry. They are responsible for repairs, renovations and landscaping. This team often organizes volunteer workdays, manages vendor contracts, and plans for long-term capital improvements.
Key Aspects include:
- Volunteer-Driven: Our Property Team, as with all of Faith's teams, rely on congregation members to help with tasks.
- Collaborative: The team works closely with our church council to support the overall mission of Faith Lutheran Church.
