		Ministries at Faith Sunday School News - Sunday School begins with Rally Day on September 12! We will also celebrate Grandparent’s Day. Hope you can join us, it will be a busy, exciting day. For further information call Caroline Ogden at 301-1957. Adult Bible Study - John Neff will begin the Adult Bible Study on Sunday, September 12 at 10:45 am in the Luther Library. We will pick up where we left off in the Book of Acts. Everyone is invited to join. Welcome Back Faith Choir! On Wednesday, September 15 our choir will return to begin another dynamic year of music. All choir members, and any of you who would like to join us in this worship group, please join us for a very special WEDNESDAY WELCOME! We will meet at 5:00 pm in Fellowship Hall for dinner, then move to the Sanctuary for a brief rehearsal at 5:45. We are off into another year sharing our faith through music, supporting our worship services and lifting up the name of Jesus! Confirmation Class Begins - On Wednesday, September 15 at 3:30 pm Pastor Mark will pick up where he left off with our Confirmands. If you are interested in joining this class call the church office. You might want to be part of an on going program, the Lutheran World Relief Malaria Initiative which provides malaria nets for families in Asia. This is a wonderful program which allows us to save a life for just $10! If you would like to make a donation call the church office. All proceeds go to LWR Malaria Initiative. 		9:30 am - For those familiar with the Lutheran Book of Worship (LBW), we use the same words as the LBW, but with the Cornell Setting. Traditional Worship hymns are sung by our exceptional choir. Worship service includes communion weekly. 9:30 am - Children's Sunday School 10:45 am - Adult Sunday School

		Tuesday - Weight for God from 8:30 to 9:30 am
		Wednesdays - Choir Practice at 5:00 pm
		Fridays - Alanon from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon

		Monthly Activities
		1st Saturday - Men's Bible Study at 8:00 am
		2nd Week - Women of ELCA Circle Bible Studies - various times and locations
		3rd Thursday - Snip 'n Stitch at 9:00 am - This group makes quilts for World Mission projects
		4th Thursday - Women of the ELCA Luncheon at 10:00 am (every other month)


		Faith Lutheran Church Committees - Cheer Visitors, Education, Endowment Board, Fellowship, Finance, Missionary Outreach, Mutual Ministries, Outreach, Property, Service, Stewardship and Worship & Music.
